Lister support

Answers, kept short.

Everything listers ask us, answered the way we’d want to be answered. Can’t find yours? A human reads every email. One note: Units.ph is early. Posting and verification work today; there is no billing, because nothing here costs money.

Posting

How long until my listing is live?

As soon as the contact email on it is verified. A new listing is saved as a draft; we send a code to that email, you enter it, confirm the details and the photo rights, and it is live. There is no queue, and nobody reviews the unit itself.

Why do listings get rejected?

The usual three: photos watermarked from another platform, a price that doesn't match the unit described (bait pricing), or a unit we can't match to a real building. Fix and resubmit. There's no penalty for a second try.

Who sees my exact unit number?

Everyone. The unit number appears on your listing page, next to the floor and the building. Leave it out when you post if you would rather it did not.

Can I edit a live listing?

Yes. Open it from your dashboard: the details and the photos can be changed, and Delete removes it for good. Changing the contact email ends the verification, because that is the address the code went to, and the listing comes off the site until the new one is verified. Your phone and Viber can change freely.

Safety & rules

What is the deposit rule?

No payment of any kind (deposit, reservation, “processing fee”) may be requested before the seeker has seen the unit, in person or by live video tour. Pre-selling payments go to the developer only. One verified violation and the account is permanently removed, with a PRC report where applicable.

A seeker is behaving suspiciously. What do I do?

Forward the message to listings@units.ph. Common flags: pushing to move off-platform immediately, “overpayment” refund schemes, links to outside payment pages. A human reads every report.

Someone listed my unit without permission.

Email listings@units.ph with the listing link and any proof of ownership. We take the listing down while we check (usually within hours) and the poster's account with it if the claim holds.
