Finding a condo in the Philippines means scrolling a marketplace built for selling sneakers: forty “Available pa po?” comments, photos from 2019, and a “sea view” that faces a wall. The listings are not organized by the thing that actually matters. The building.
So we built the registry we wished existed: every unit filed under its building, and every building profiled floor by floor. Slower to build, harder to fake.
What we hold to.
The building is the unit
A condo is a floor in a building in a neighborhood. We profile all three (floors, lifts, dues, the Saturday market) so you know what you are actually moving into.
See it before you pay
No deposits, no “reservation fees” until you have seen the unit. In person or on a live video tour. Pre-selling payments go to the developer only. Any lister who breaks this is removed.

How we make money.
Nothing on Units.ph charges money today. No posting fees, no commission on your deal, no cut of your rent, and we do not sell your number to brokers. If that changes, this page says so first.
Write to the house.
A wrong detail on a building profile, a lister who broke the rules, or a neighborhood we got wrong. We want to hear it. Corrections are what keep the registry honest.
